"I use to live here and I was on the "waiting list" for another parking spot for 3 years and still hadn't received a spot. In those 3 years all her family members received a spot (no charge). I got upset and looked for another apartment else where. Plus the streets are narrow and there has never been an attendant storage even though there was one. The manager used it for her own belongings. Believe me. 1. Bad maintenance 2. Never parking 3. Bad neighborhood"
