"Homelessness, theft, break ins, poor apartment management, crazy people yelling and homeless smashing things make this apartment not worth living in. You'll be up daily hoping your car isn't broken into. Anything with insurance will increase by a lot too since this area statiscally is high risk. The residents themselves are nice and the apartment maintenance guy is solid."
