"The property manager Noel is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yells at tenants, complain about how hard her job is even though she signed up for it. She act as if tenants are a nuisance. I know that this property is assisted housing but it's no way to treat your tenants like that, especially when they're still paying a portion of their income. We're paying customers."
