"The selling point of this apartment community is rent control. The units themselves are quite old, but remodeled well. I've lived here for several years. My main complaint is that there's no indoor laundry option. But then again that option isn't available in many other apartment communities. Overall this is a great place to live, especially for the price. The location is great too. Easy access to I-280, Cupertino, Valley Fair Mall, Santana Row, etc."
