"A couple takes care of the management here and hands down is the best I have seen so far. Even the non urgent requests are fixed within a day. I had my dishwasher not working replaced in 2 days, toilet flushing slowly/ not working changed the complete setup within a day. The houses are slightly old construction but the unit was painted fresh with no issues at all. They provided me with 1 covered parking and there's plenty of open parking spots as well."
"My experience is irrelevant because it was too long ago, back in late 2018 to October of 2019. I'm leaving this review to inform that the property manager who was employed there was decent back then, and did her job, and apparently it has sadly gone down hill based on the comments I've read. Sorry to read about this. I will confirm that parking has always been horrible here, where my parking spot would often be taken from me and I'd be forced to find risky parking on the side of the street."
"Totally irresponsible, there are a total of 5 washing machines in the laundry room, and 3 of them are broken. It's been 5 months since I moved in and no one has been servicing the washing machine at all. The laundry room is dirty and no one cleans and manages it. The pool hasn't been cleaned for months, it's all bird poo. The windows in our room are old and leak when it rains. No one responded to contacting the administrator, phone calls were made, and emails were sent. My washbasin has been leaking for over a month. I contacted the administrator a month ago and said that someone would be arranged to fix it. No one has repaired it until now. This is a community that no one manages. You have to trust other reviews. It is true."

Management always changes no one answers the phone or calls back there quick to put notices on your doors but never to fix problems in the apartment water goes out constantly trash area is a mess constantly windows are old and barely open this is not a place to live they heavily over price for this place"
