"I have lived here for a year now and am super happy that I managed to find an apartment in this complex! The prices are affordable for the area, the property manager Sharon has been always helpful, and it is generally a quiet family complex. The pool is cleaned once a week, and gardeners maintain the property once a week. (usually late morning versus obscenely early hours) We've had water shut offs for repairs only twice during my entire year here (Not often compared to many other apartments). There have been 0 issues with any type of bugs/rodents. And any repairs that we've needed, Sharon would take care of it same day or next day since she lives on the property. The only thing that seems to be lacking is an updated laundry room, but there are always working machines and it's never too crowded to do laundry. Also they have a large space with laundry lines for hang drying laundry which most apartments don't offer. There didn't seem to be many reviews on the place so I just wanted to try and give a full description in case anyone was looking to move here in the future. It has definitely been worth it!"
