"The best place ever"

"I currently live here and this place isn’t too bad. The maintenance needs to be kept more up to date and the Tennant’s should be updated often on what’s going on. When we first moved in there was no hot water and now the pond had a pipe burst and it sucks because I had no idea and when I turned on the water to wash my hands it was brown and it burned my skin. I just wish there was more communication on the issues going on and at hand."

"The manger (Christine) is unprofessional and rude. Its been two weeks without hot water and no one cares to do anything. When I contact the manager (Christine) she ignores me or tells me to email her personal email. If you are the property owner please reach out to me. The office is always locked during business hours. We also have termites."

"At the time of this review, the entire complex has been without hot water for 2 full weeks and the property manager (Christine) doesn't seem to care about updating tenants. When contacted about it she claims "a part is coming in this day and it will be fixed on this other day" and when that day comes and goes... nothing.... This isn't the first time we've had hot water issues or plumbing issues in general. In the 4 years I've lived here the water has been shut off entirely for "emergency repairs" give or take 40 times. Also, I'd say a good third of the times I go to the office during business hours, the door is locked, the blinds are closed and no one answers. Avoid this property if you like being provided basic services for the crazy bay area prices."

"Management could be a lot more professional. There is no organization or clarity. Don't be surprised if you get billed for ridiculous things for a ridiculous amount of money, which is unfortunate, really, since the area isn't too shabby."
