"They cheap out on maintainance , dirty pool water , Gym Air conditioning not working from past 2 months , jacuzzi not working. It doesn't worth the rents they collect."

"It is unsafe place to stay. We lost of Amazon fedexe packages and there have been reported car thefts from the parking garage. My car has been ransacked and I lost few important stuff along with my office ID. There is no physical leasing office and they rarely answer your call. The security here deteriorated badly and living here each single day makes you sitting duck"

"When I deliver the food to the customer, there is no parking and I had to force to risk parking it. Also, I was unable to see the address number at night and tried to get in using the call box to deliver the food. Didn't know if this is a proper entrance until I accidently end up approaching the locked door to the rooftops, so I had to walk a long way down the stairs and went into the first floor, then take an elevator up to deliver it to the customer, which takes a lot of walking and stress. I am not very familiar with this building and I do not know how to use a call box. I don't recommend doing app delivery at this location during night hours."
