"I was very happy here when I moved here Remodellings.this was obviously not thought out very well. They blocked off quite a bit of parking places to put machinery etc. Which leaves us seniors with no where to park. I am sitting in my car right now. I have had to park 2 to 3 blocks away after dark. Very dangerous. When I talked office manager about this, I was told as long as I didn't get hurt on their property, they weren't responsible. I have had to park my car up by the park one night after attending a memorial for a friend. It was 10 PM. I has to call a uber cause I was afraid to walk back. Bottom line ot has made me feel like the seniors they rent to, are not very important. Oh did I mention, and this is no exaggeration the washers on our floors are broken , more than they work."

"I applied for a unit here , I was told I had to wait until I was 55. A month later I turned 55 sent my application back ,the application was sent back explaining the new age requirement is 62. Now reading the reviews , glad my application was not accepted based on a sudden age requirement. I don't want to live somewhere where its dirty ,loud and the maintenance is not up to par. Thanks but No Thanks !"

"The owners are raising the rent by $50, effective February 1st although we are LOW INCOME SENIORS. Also, the laundry rooms are neglected, the carpets on the hall are filthy and too many Young people are making noises, like my neighbor who goes to work at 2:00 am. The garbage is collected at 6:00 am, when we (some of us with many health issues) are sleep. There is a lack of concerns when one of the lights at the entrance is not working. There is no justification for such a rent increase, when social security has not increase our monthly payment for the last few years. Even the paper towels in the laundry room has not been administered (the containers have been empty for many weeks)"

"first, its expencive. Carpet is the cheapest in the market. Walls have cheap paint. One touch leaves a permanent stain. the toilets are the 30$ toilets from Home Depo. The pluming is loud. You have to pay 50$ for a second parking even if you have a 2 bedroom. Plus 75$ non refundable fee for a gate key. You only get one for apartment. a door key if you have two adults in the apartment. Parking is tight. Neighbors have loud parties at the pool with loud music. But the worst is that they Discriminated against my Disabled Child needing a Near accessible parking. THey sold us a spot nearby but still wheelchair unaccessible. we paid for 20 months 50$ and Sack Management Properties, based of SF wont refund or credit our money back. Manager Of vista park apartments conveniently does not recall verbal requests made over and over to reassign a closer parking. Currently we filed with Department of Fair Employment & Housing . This is NOT the place to live if you have a wheelchair or walker, parking will prevent you from exiting your apartment if you live on the outside part of apartments. If you live in the inside part of the complex you still have no wheel chair acess to parking lot except thru one parking spot in the back end of apartments by the handicap. they are in violation of having not enough handicap spaces. they have ove r 100 parking spaces and only two handicap. Bylaw after 51 parking spaces they have to have 3 and so on.... this place is not good. Dog poop everywhere too. yes i put my real name on this account."
