"One star for the pool being kept clean. Roaches everywhere and they do basically nothing. Had Orkin out for a quick pest control, (they only smear a Combat on your wall so they literally come every Monday to no avail. They need to tent the place.) Orkin told Jose that he would be back to my apartment on a Monday for a thorough spray down of the kitchen because it’s so bad. I cleaned out my ENTIRE kitchen cabinets and bathroom like I was instructed by Orkin and Monday came but Orkin never arrived because JOSE forgot to tell management and didn’t put us on his schedule. Literally had to rearrange my schedule and do all the work for nothing. Management is a joke and hardly anyone in the complex gets along with them. Maintenance is a joke. They give the apartments the old “landlord special.” They use intimidation to get their way. No professionalism. It’s low income so honestly this is one of my only options and I think most of us here are in the same boat and they take advantage of that. Voicing your complaints does nothing. They literally argue. Also, completely agree with what others have said, if you suck up to them and are their favorite, they will take good care of you. Major favoritism going on."
