"Great location! Pool/hot tub/ and common areas are top notch. Roof top terrace is awesome all around but especially in the summer. Plenty of building events to get to know your neighbors. Very clean and Pet Friendly as well with a larger dog park. Staff was wonderful the building Manager Linda runs a tight ship. Highly recommend! -josh"

"There are many reasons why the Julian is a good choice for a place to call home. The property staff is great – friendly, outgoing, and helpful – and the maintenance team is super responsive. The apartments – at least the ones we viewed – are modern, spacious, and well laid-out, with lots of natural light. We like the amenities; the gym is well-equipped, the rooftop deck is peaceful day and night, barbeque grills are plentiful, and the pool and hot tub are clean and welcoming. And since most residents aren’t in the habit of using these amenities, there’s rarely competition for access. The management team seems to be increasing the frequency of community/social events, increasing opportunities for meeting neighbors. The area is good – relatively safe and quiet and an easy walk to San Pedro square, the north edge of downtown, and Japantown. The Julian is a good example of well-balanced value; small compromises allow for a high-end experience at a mid-range price."
