"If you’re considering Mosaic Apartments as your next home, please read this before making any decisions. My experience, along with many other tenants, has been fraught with issues that make living here far from the peaceful and comfortable environment you’d expect. Firstly, pest control is a serious problem. Despite repeated complaints, the management has failed to address the infestation of pests that's more than just a minor inconvenience. This alone is a major concern, especially for those with young children, as it poses health risks. The safety of residents appears to be on the back burner. There have been multiple instances that raise security concerns, and for parents with little kids, this makes Mosaic Apartments a particularly worrying place to live. It feels as though the safety measures are not up to par, leaving residents to fend for themselves. Interaction with the front office management is yet another area where Mosaic Apartments disappoint. Staff can come off as rude and unprofessional, and despite the friendly facade in responding to online reviews, trying to get an actual face-to-face meeting is a nightmare. They insist on appointments but make it almost impossible to schedule one in a reasonable timeframe, even for urgent matters that impact your living situation and your children’s wellbeing. They had our own car towed out of her own designated spot and they gave it to someone else. The minute we found out and raised an issue, they warned their buddies but did nothing to help us get our car back. Where was the courtesy to warn us before towing our car from our own spot ? It is becoming increasingly clear that cost-cutting is the primary focus here, not tenant satisfaction or safety. The impression I've got is that the management is more interested in pinching pennies than ensuring the complex provides a decent standard of living. I would urge any potential tenant to consider these issues seriously. What is advertised versus what you actually get at Mosaic Apartments are worlds apart. It is not just about the inconvenience but also about the real impact on your quality of life and safety. Renters beware!"

"A cautionary word for all new and potential residents: steer clear of this place. Regrettably, the quality and management here are on a downward spiral. Our initial experience was positive, and I must express gratitude for the support from team members like Rudy and Emily over the years. However, the recent additions to the management team are nothing short of abysmal. Their priorities are misaligned, favoring the acquisition of new residents while neglecting the needs of the current ones. We've witnessed a disturbing increase in issues ranging from pest infestations, fire alarms in the middle of the night and broken elevators to an alarming number of security breaches and theft incidents. It appears the management has hit a bottom which only gets deeper with no initiative to improve. Moreover, their methods have become unscrupulous, to say the least. My family has suffered considerably under their watch—our vehicle was towed from our own designated parking space in a collaboration with the towing service, and assistance was denied to us during an urgent situation. Imagine the distress of having your car impounded and two children to care for, while the management turns a deaf ear, refusing to communicate unless an "appointment" is scheduled. Yes, they make up their own policies and say things like we don't have appointment to discuss your issues, no matter how urgent, for the next 2 days. When the fault is clearly theirs, they choose to abscond from responsibility, favoring new residents over the existing ones. We advise you to avoid this establishment, and rest assured, we intend to lodge formal complaints against the appalling conditions and the lack of accountability displayed by the management."

"Been living here for 2 years rent is over the roof, this apartment is real bad. elevator keeps breaking down. Lot of unauthorized visitors and the all the amenities access has been revoked to the residents for no reason Gym equipment are broken and theatre access has been stopped for more than 8 months."

"I want to highlight the day-to-day management team, particularly Rudy in the front office and Emily in the maintenance department. They are outstanding and genuinely strive to make everyone in the community heard and taken care of. Mosaic Apartments/Greystar is very fortunate to have such stellar people working for them."

"I have edited this review as the property manager reached out to address some of these issues, but you should still be aware if your leasing agent doesn’t mention these things to you. They will charge you for things you don’t use like Trash Butler and won’t let you exempt yourself. It was not mentioned at any point by the associate we spoke with. Property manager has reached out and stated he will have his team make renters aware of this moving forward. Besides that, it’s a nice place to live. Neighbors are hit or miss. Some can’t be bothered to put their trash down the chute. The elevators seem to break often and for some reason the staircases are way out of the way and not next to the elevators. The hot tub doesn’t get very hot either but I am told they are working on it. On the bright side, the package lockers are nice, the club room is nice if you use it, there’s generally no trash around the complex except the garage."
