"Obnoxious neighbors blasting their music in their apartments and cars. The office does nothing about my neighbor below smoking a cigarette under my window. Maintenance never replaces anything that’s broken and is always late. Not really dog friendly since the apartment complex does not have doggy poop bags around the complex like every other apartment does. There’s constantly a marijuana trail smell throughout the complex throughout the night and homeless people digging through the trash. The manager is always MIA and never in the office, the landscape is kept poorly with broken sprinklers and dog poop all over the floor."

"Lived here from April 2010 until January 2019. Loved living here. Close to all the freeways but far enough. Close to target and all stores. Great school my son went to school in the area all of elementary. Rent was great. Was a HARD decision to move but we needed a bigger place. Did NOT want to move from here. Management and maintenance quick, responsive, and helpful."

"I'm very Happy here at Stonegate Apartments.. Everything is close by Freeways, Schools, Churches, Stores, Banks, Light rail, Restaurants, Levi Stadium, Buses and more. My Children have grown up at Stonegate and WE have Good friends here. Its a Village where we watch out for one another. The grounds are kept up and the pool is cleaned weekly.. The Management went above and beyond in helping make My Upgrade Move here again at Stonegate ever so Easy and the new Apartment is Beautiful. I'm Very Happy and I mean Happy.. I won't move anywhere else because this is My home."

"I have been a longtime resident at Stonegate apartments and I love it here. The management staff is just magnificent. Maintenance is just wonderful and are always on top of things. Everyone is friendly and I could not imaging living anywhere else. The grounds are always nice and clean and inviting. I am eager to invite guest because they always admire the landscape. My neighbors are friendly even though I do not see them often as we call work all day. I could not imagine living elsewhere. Not to mention the convenient location of the complex. Its near all the major freeways which is so convenient. I know many may have reservations about the complex being so close to Levi Stadium, but fear not. Game days are not bad at all. The city does a great job with traffic and clears it out in record time on game day. Game patrons abide to the parking rules and I have not had a problem yet on game day.....even during Super Bowl! This is my home and I am very comfortable here."

"Apartments are kind of shady. Maintenance guy is a douche bag. He submits and bogus complaints on residents. Some of the residents says its his wife who doesn't work and just stays home and gossips. The maintenance guys sometimes smoking weed with his high school daughter and has the nerve to complain about noise when his family and other unauthorized people living in his place are playing loud music from day to night. His wife is a nosy heffa. And the lady working in the office is always sending letters out due to complaints he submits because there friends. When is this unseen corporate office going to take notice of this guys patterns. Its bad enough people are working hard to make rent and put food on the table and this ass is playing games. But everyone knows whats going on. I suppose that's the worse part of living here. Wonder if the corporate office knows he washes his car in the parking lot and all his assign parking are right in front of his apartment. Everyone has 1 carport and extra parking permit for second car. This guy has 2 carports and several permits for his family members. I want to kick his ass but don't have the money to move out."
