"The leasing office personnel is never available, they’re always In the office at the hours they say their “available” but never bother to answer the phone. They don’t send tenants how much they need to pay for rent, charging them more for not paying the right amount. It’s ridiculous. Maria doesn’t know how to do her job and takes advantage of her tenants."

"I moved here from a long distance and was hesitant to call San Jose home until I moved to Village Green. The atmosphere is very child (great schools) and animal friendly and you’ll find the staff cares to know you, too. They’re personable and I adore them. The maintenance men are caring and hard working, always on a project. But don’t worry they WILL get to you if you need them. There is always a familiar face and someone to say hello to. If that’s not your thing, everyone (as far as I can tell) respects your privacy. If you’re looking for a close knit pet friendly community with beautiful trees and some personality, call Maria and she’ll truly try to help you call Village Green home."
