"Property Manager is Rude AF! Gets in your face and gets loud for no damn reason!"
"The only way I can describe the manager is a crooked hitler, I moved out recently and they tried to charge me illegal fees using fraudulent receipts regarding my security deposit! Don't back down from there tactics, she and owner try to keep as much of your security deposit as possible, find out you right as tenants on Ca.Gov consumer affairs, take them to small claims court...don't back down, I got all my security deposit back....they will lawyer up but I didn't back down!"
"I just got off the phone with I'm assuming is the property manager. She was very rude on the phone to me. She was more worried about how someone let me into the complex to drop off a letter at the main office then she was about my interest in the apartment complex. The rude manager on the phone kept asking who this kind lady was that let me enter. Every time I tried to ask about the apartment she cut me off to ask me more bizarre questions about this unknown lady. She carried on about how she is now going to put up signs around the complex. I put down my phone to drown out the sound of this creature yelling in my ear only to pick it up a minute later hearing her carry on with the same b.s. LADY I'm INTERSTEST IN THE OPEN APARTMENTS. not this. Not this. Dear kind lady who helped me out. I'm sorry you have to deal with her. I should put 2 stars because from what I gathered the residents who live there are really nice. Just a shame it's ran by some grumpy old lady."
