"Moreland Apartments is unsafe. It is perceived that someone that had access to keys used their power and opened up a resident's home without her asking them to. This illegal activity by a person in position of power, was observed and reported by long abiding neighbors. Management does not take responsibility for their actions. Illegal trespassing and witchcraft used by people in position, puts residents safety in treacherous hands."
