"I believe they are out of business soon. I booked for 2 months and everything was agreed on with their sales people one month before the moving date and paid upfront. However, two days before I moved, Landing charged me additional $938 for parking without even my consent. They have my credit card on file and they just charged my credit card without permission and without explaining why additional charging and why the price are different comparing to what I had agreed on with the sales people. I tried to contact them the whole time I stay and they either closed my ticket without explain or put me in the voicemail. Remember, don't give them your credit card and don't pay upfront. Better yet don't do business with them even the price seems low."

"Horible experience all around - avoid at any cost! - I paid $297 for a parking spot, but wasn't provided any information about how to get to it - After trying to troubleshoot this issue for 2h 0:10-2:10 at night their off-hours emergency support (which is just one person) told me there's nothing they can to and I should find street parking myself for this night - Their support agent (Chase Van Derrick) next day wasn't helpful either, frequently ignoring my inquiries and denying their issues - I had to go through the property manageement and resolve the situation myself - The way Landing support works is that you're stuck with your Area Manager (who in my case was a college grad, 2 month with the company) that wouldn't even share their supervisor contacts. Landing just doesn't care about your experience or feedback - Ah, and the apartment info was outdated - wrong wifi password and such - but it's the least of my problems right now"

"I booked an apartment in Evanston, Illinois for several weeks, made all payments and received all emails welcoming me on the network. Then nothing for a week or so. Asked for confirmation and received it immediately. Then the same evening the reservation was cancelled again by Landing. Great job. Finally after weeks got my money back."
