"Do NOT live here. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I regret renewing our lease. After a year of on and off elevator issues, we decided the cheap rent and convenience was worth it. We were wrong. Two months later, one of the elevators was broken, resulting in 10+ minute elevator wait times. BOTH elevators have been broken from Dec 29 - January 19 and are STILL broken. Management blames the elevator company and that they are waiting for parts, but elevator unreliability has been a known issue for over a year. I’ve tried emailing management several times to come to a fair compromise, but have been unable to. During the this time, I was in a major car accident and unable to use the stairs due to medical reasons. Two days before I was scheduled to return home, I emailed management about my condition and requested alternate accommodations since I’m physically unable to access my apartment on the 13th floor. I got confirmation that Patrick Szeto in management received the request and “ needed a little more time to think about it.” Since then, it has been radio silence and I’ve been forced to make alternate accommodations since my apartment is inaccessible. Patrick’s handling of this has been unprofessional and unethical. TLDR: DON’T LIVE HERE. PS. I’ve called the city and bureau of fire inspection, but unfortunately there’s not a lot they can do."

"Nothing good about this apartment. Unresponsive management, will try to get every penny off of you, shady maintenance, lack of communication between management and security, and the list goes on and on. Don't waste your precious time and money here because you think that it's a good deal because IT'S NOT. It's cheap for a reason. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Your life will be so much better. I'd give 0 starts but unfortunately that's not an option"
