"Old, humid, sliver fish issue. Lock is broken for months and there are noise and safety problems. Every weekend there is party downstairs in public parking. Same price can find better place. After I told them I’m not going to continue lease this place. They stop replying any emails requests. They overcharge me and I wrote them an email to ask where is the extra outstanding balance are from. No response. I have package want them to hold for me. No response. A 260 ish management fee/month with no management. Not recommended."

"Update: Extremely disappointed with my my apartment. My apartment has a very loud vent and I wasn’t informed about this before the move in. The noise is loud enough that it makes it hard to work and I was advised by the leasing office to play music ?! You can watch the video. A few apartments in this community have this as they don’t have good ventilation setup as the apartments are old construction. There is no guarantee that this would be fixed in the next few months. Extremely disappointed with this as I now have to either move again or pay a higher price for another unit."

"The whole process of leasing an apartment with Soma Square was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate very much Pia for her accommodating and outstanding service in providing me with timely guidance on what I need to do throughout this process and in allaying my concerns. The apartment was clean, the kitchen equipments were almost brand new if not new. Really awesome service!"

"Throughout move-in and most of the lease, my experience was pretty decent despite - $400+ utility bill - faulty plumbing - electronic door lock that maintenance sometimes had to manually open for me - my car being broken into multiple times in the associated garage. The unfortunate true colors are shown when ending a lease. Management/leasing office became unresponsive once it was clear I was not renewing my lease. Unexpected fees for painting/cleaning/etc were tacked on to use all of my security deposit and then some. There is no way a studio with minimum wear and tear over a year requires $500 for paint. Just hopes this helps someone know what to expect come move out time."

"I am a new tenant here at this complex. Pia was very helpful from the beginning when I was first looking at potential apartments to the end after I had chosen my new home and was preparing to move in. She walked me through each step of the process and was very friendly and pleasant. Anytime I had a question with regard to my new apartment or my move, she kindly took the time to assist me. On the day of my move, she was there to help to make it a smooth process and give me the new tenant orientation. I felt like I was in competent and reliable hands. Although I have only been here for a few days, I already feel like I am home."
