"Been living in this place for a year, and while the apartments are pretty new and comfortable, stay away of T3 and the entire complex located on Turk street. People living here do not respect the rules of coexistence, leaving garbage in common spaces such as the lobby, elevators and hallways. The dog park is practically unusable because it is always dirty and the BBQ grills don't work either. Unfortunately the administration has not listened to our complaints in this regard."

As promised, Jose, a proficient maintenance engineer, worked late and efficiently resolved the issue within 10 minutes. Jose consistently demonstrates professionalism, maintains an excellent attitude, and is a valuable member of the engineering team."

"This place is hands down the worst I've ever lived in and the worst residential services. Start with the neighbors. Garbages everywhere in the building, steal packages, no leash on their pets. No common sense. I brought that to residential services multiple times and they never replied or adjusted. Also the heater never worked and charged hundreds of dollars from PG&E and also there were times I was out of the apartment for months and the utilities were still charged the same amount when I didn't live there! And they will charge you no matter what on your move-out. My unit was really clean and they still charged for the cleaning fee and the paint fee. The residential services manager said it’s usually $300 but my unit was clean so they "only" charged $95 and the paint job was definitely overdone. He was VERY RUDE. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"Moved here 3 years ago and finally decided to leave. Rent started out reasonable but steadily increased to not being worth it. There are no amenities besides a small dog park and a few grills. They got rid of their package service, outsourced it, and try to charge you extra for it. You will also pay for water, garbage, sewage, etc. Roommate and I were paying 300-400 in utilities. The last 4 times I asked them to do something for me, they said they would do it, but did not end up doing it. Shoutout to the maintenance crew as they are responsive and cool, they seem to be the only competent ones here."
