"Structure Properties does a very good job managing this property. There is daily maintenance and security cameras are on all floors to ensure the safety of the tenants. The manager, Lindsay, is very hands-on and does a great job helping tenants with any issues that arise. - John"
"I booked this hotel for 2 night April 19th 2019. for my daughter. When she arrived there was a sign for the Holet but no door opened to enter. Where is the Holet?. She spend an hour looking around. All doors where closed, phone number provided didn't answer. Someone said it is under construction. So why did thery take my money and booked the stay. My daughter was stranded. Horrible experience !"
"wasted my $ booking at this place! as soon as I struggled with my bags up all the stairs I had to just turn right back around and check out because the place was so hot and stank like a male urinal. The rooms are teeny! just big enough for the bed but worst of all was the heat. There was a window but that just let in more heat and spread the stink of piss thru the whole floor. I can't see how anyone could stay here or fall asleep in those conditions. Just gross!"
"For the price and location, especially given that this is San Francisco, I thought it was pretty good. The rooms were small, but given I was only visiting, it was all I needed. The bathrooms were clean, as was the room. The only thing I'd say that needed improving was the reception/ their procedures for checking in and out took longer than they should have. That and one of the reception staff members seemed particularly clueless and insisted that I sign in as a guest when I was heading to my own room. Outside of that, I had a positive experience staying there."
"One of my friends lives here as a pay by week deal. I don't visit them often because their room is incredibly small. There is a small sink in the room; add to that a twin size bed and you can barely fit the human that's paying to live in it (much less any company). One's a party, two's a crowd. It's cool if you're relatively thin and staunchly asocial though. The bathrooms are also unfortunate because the windows dont shut all the way at the top - and the people in the adjacent building have a direct view so you really wish the windows were secured. That annoying feeling that you're being filmed makes it harder to pee so you spend double time than normal trying to convince your body that your in no imminent peril which makes your legs fall asleep by the time you finally finish and escape. Ultimately, it's not the best - definitely ain't the worst - but I sure as hell would never pay to be there."
