"It was a pleasant experience. The location, near the city hall, was convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was nice, with comfortable accommodations and helpful staff. However, it's worth noting that there were some homeless individuals around the streets, which could be a concern for some guests. Despite this, my overall stay was enjoyable."

It's quiet, staff are super attentive and friendly, and there's a nice lounge & fireplace area to relax with a coffee/hot cocoa/tea! "Wanted to stay in SF for a work trip, this place was such a good location, with an extremely awesome front desk staff. Wifi was a bit spotty but it was fine, they made my very memorable stay in SF a great one."

"This place was an unexpected really great find in a perfect location. It has definitely been update. Rooms are clean and even have a little kitchenette area. Plenty of mirrors for more than one girl to get ready. Temperature felt good. It would only get a bit warm/humid after a shower and opening the window would help (it was 60 degrees out). Area felt safe, far enough away from tenderloin district. Also there is 24hr staff on site. It was also close to one of the BigBusTour stops. (I recommend getting a 2 day ticket for this if you go. makes getting around easy and cheaper than uber between 10-6. The hotel also held our bags our final day as our flight was wasn’t until 10. Tip The water refilled station on each floor is super slow but there is one on the first floor that is way better."
