"- Extremely loud AC in the rooms. I like white noise but this was not that. Even with earplugs. It also doesn't have an auto setting so it turns on and off throughout the night and especially when it turns on there's a loud thud. Didn't sleep much. - I called the front desk thinking it was specific to my room but they said they are all like that. - The pool was heated but super dirty. Lots of dead bugs on the top - Breakfast looked really bad. There was something black in the eggs. Other than that it's bacon and cereal. -/+ gym is ok. Dumbbells only go up to 50. No other resistance training equipment + Excellent blackout curtains Wouldn't stay here again."

"Our experience was amazing! Fantastic customer service from every single person there, clean rooms. We had accessible rooms for my Mom who is in a wheelchair, and they were huge and perfect for her! Showers had seats, and we were so comfortable. Great tvs, microwave, fridge in the room. We loved everything about it! Next time we will have to try the all you can eat breakfast! The pond behind it is gorgeous!"
