"Great location, staff was very nice and helpful. . Rooms could use some renovations. Very old and carpet not clean. Bathtub has a stain,very disgusting . Stay there for less than 24 hours. I had to leave"

"I booked this hotel because of their pool, but when I arrived the pool was closed "for maintenance". It was drained and full of leaves, this was definitely a long term closure. There is nothing on their website about the pool being seasonal. I'm extremely disappointed. This makes me question whether I ever want to stay again. What else won't I know about until I show up? Otherwise the room was very nice. The buffet breakfast was very much not worth $25, go somewhere else."

"This is an interesting hotel. The tower is clearly older than the bar and ballroom portion of the hotel, and both are very nice. My room was spacious and clean. I had to unplug the coffee maker to plug in my computer. The bar is very nice and modern. The ballroom was very nice... it's located on the lower level so no windows or view. The neighborhood includes some street people, but I walked a few blocks and wasn't bothered by anyone."

"Deeply disappointed with the service provided by this hotel. We made a reservation for check-in on a Monday, and informed the front desk of changes of arrival on Tuesday, and agreed upon a price change, we were all set with a confirmation. However, when we showed up on Tuesday, we were shocked to learn that the hotel had canceled our reservation and had resold our rooms. Despite our attempts to resolve the situation with proof of confirmation of changes, the hotel denied fault and refused to provide a refund, leaving us scrambling to find last-minute accommodations at another hotel. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this establishment."

"Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area and can greatly improve your experience. The front desk staff was always helpful and polite. The housekeeping staff keeps everything clean and attractive to the eye. The restaurant staff is also wonderful and the food was made to perfection. Highly recommended location, especially if you are coming for events at the convention center as it is right next door."
