"Very old place, rusty, heater not working, no Iron, broken door locks, dirty and list goes on and on. It was a nightmare. You can tell how the management is careless about its customers when you don't see a reply for the reviews. Only good part was nice lady at the front desk."

"Rooms are dated, like air conditioner the one in wall and walls very thin. Another person complained about water temp (everyone probably using at same time) but if you use a bit earlier not much of a problem. Beds are comfortable and clean, microwave and fridge in room. The hotels website is also outdated, there is no continental breakfast or shuttle to airport. Parking is included. There’s direct beach access too. Staff is Californian type of kind and polite, very casual but not rude whatsoever. Price wise, was great!!!"

"Great motel, great location, great service! Very clean, spacious, modern rooms with balconies or patios overlooking beautiful Marina del Rey. Beach front with playground, volleyball & water activities. There is free parking & a nice selection of restaurants nearby. There was a problem with my online reservation & the staff quickly resolved the problem. The staff has been very helpful, personable & accommodating. I will stay here again."

"The Inn is older but the room was very, very clean, had a super comfortable bed, fridge and microwave, balcony with table and chairs and a great view. For the price I wasn't expecting it to be this nice especially for the location. The room had a heating unit which is rare in older buildings and we needed it as the cold weather was upon us as the rain was coming. I asked for another blanket just in case and they brought one within 5 minutes. Shampoo etc. was provided. Hot water dispenser in lobby with tea, instant coffee, hot chocolate and creamers with to go cups. Not everyone likes instant coffee but I do so I was fine. Hotels can't keep on providing expensive coffee pods, lots of teas etc. in individual rooms because people take them even if they don't use them all or any of them. Having it in the lobby helps keep condiment costs and labor costs down so you can have a nice place for a decent price. Wi fi was free and excellent. 3 minute walk to The Cheesecake Factory which was great after a day of traveling."

"Delightful little gem of a hotel in beautiful Marina del Rey, CA For the price you get a 5 star location. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is walkable to many restaurants and beach access. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting an affordable hotel on the Westside of Los Angeles. My stay was wonderful without breaking my budget."
