"Inclave is owned by Steaven Jones that cares more about the commercial tenants than the residential. The building is cheaply built. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbor. They are rude, will dismiss you with your work orders, and the parking is a FUN experience. Don’t expect to get your car fast during rush hour. Management will tell you it has a 93% retrieval rate. Why not 100%?"

"I’ve lived at 6 different apartment complexes in LA and this is *by far* the best. It’s spendy but if you can afford it, it’s well worth it. It’s brand new, the appliances and amenities are state of the art, and the management is really prompt and helpful. Also it’s only 50 units or so, so it’s very quiet! My favorite part, though, is how safe it is. The parking structure is state of the art secure and DeAndre the security guard is great. We love the Inclave!"

"This place is awesome! I’m a trainer and yoga teacher and I’ve recently begun training one of the residents. The gym is great, it’s got everything needed to produce great results. All the equipment is the latest and greatest, and very high quality (4 Pelotons!). It also has a separate yoga room, which I love. I see a lot of buildings who put the gym in as an after thought, but clearly this was a well thought out priority and design. There is also a pool/jacuzzi, which when the weather warms up, I will be making my client use as another fitness outlet. The property is so cool and unique, that I had to take a tour myself. So I set up an appointment with their leasing agent, Barrett. He was as nice as can be, and very knowledgeable. And I did discover, as expected, that the gym was a priority. He also offered me the use of the yoga studio, in case I wanted to start offering classes there, which I thought was so cool! Would I want to live there? Absolutely! The place has awesome vibes, and just a really good feel. And it’s kept extremely clean, which is very important to me. Great job Inclave! As soon as my lease is up, I’m coming your way!!"

"I live onsite and the place is great!! The Cafe is not open yet, but I can't wait for that! The spa is always hot, the manager is very sweet, and the owners just put on a free wine&cheese nite for everyone! The other tenants are so fun!"

"This place is a joke. The landlords are all family members (anyone with the last name Meister or Jones are related) and do not function with professional management companies like any of other buildings available in Marina Del Rey since they do not manage any other residential buildings. Poor construction, weird that the shared space if overlooking office space and the pet fees are outrageous. Go with any other building or be ready to be nicked and dimed for everything!"
