"I have stayed here few times in past six months. I have seen some negative reviews which I don't think justify the offer. Price you pay totally justify the room and service. Parking is free which saves you $39 a day as compare to downtown area. I pay close to $100 which is very reasonable. All I needed is a safe place to sleep and park my car. I got both."
"I needed a place to stay while working in SF. This hotel offers very reasonable price for stay. I was not looking for a romantic or fancy room so this room serve the purpose without breaking my bank."
"Best location for great price. Rooms under $100 was steal. I called directly and got great deal for double room. Super nice manager."
"Wish I could give 0 stars. I booked this location because I was in town for work. I work night shifts and got back to my room around 6 am. When trying to get into my room my key wouldn't work so I went to the front desk to get another. I was greeted by a gentleman in his PJs asking me if I knew what time it was in an extremely rude manner. He made me another key and continued to gripe the whole time about my untimely visit to get it. Don't waste your time or money here. The staff is very rude and not worth the stay for a mediocre motel."
"The owners were very nice to me. They were helpful. The location is pretty good. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Palace of Fine Arts so I got to enjoy it whenever I wanted to without taking a bus or an Uber. It’s also close to the Golden Gate Bridge. My biggest issue was the noise. I get it. It’s a hotel, and everyone is on vacation, but the floors creaked and the neighboring rooms were always very loud. The rooms are very close to each other, and I have feeling the walls are really thin because I could hear everything they were saying in the room next door. Cleanliness wasn’t bad. I could tell they clean the rooms, but it’s just older. I could tell that the furniture just needs changing at this point. It doesn’t matter how much you clean something, if it isn’t replaced every once in a while then it’ll feel dirty no matter what. For the price, I think this is your best option in an area like the one I chose. It wasn’t too close to the Castro where I wanted to spend most of my time, but the area was quieter than that of downtown and the Castro (which is a 15 minute drive, about 45 minutes in the bus I believe), so I got to enjoy quiet walks all throughout the day, and like I mentioned before, the stunning Palace of Fine Arts is literally a 5 minute walk away."
