"Two star hotel at best, they have a ton of hidden fees, they charge guests for parking. They do not help guest with anything, staff is lazy, and argumentative. Everything is self serve. Want utensils? Get it yourself. If you need anything like Tylenol, get it yourself, you have to use a vending machine that just steals your money. Again this is what a 2-star hotel is. Just book a five star hotel, in the end you’ll spend just as much here. It was like staying at a road side inn, but with a premium price. I expect low quality from a red roof inn, not here. I do not know how they got rated a 4-star hotel, it has no meaning anymore. There were no concierges, valets, bellhops, or kitchen. Just stale coffee and a sad barista. I advise against staying here"
"Can’t say enough about this hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They offer underground parking for their guests. Bicycles and umbrellas that you can check out for free. A really fun game room including billiards, foosball, shuffleboard, board games, etc. Our room was spacious and clean. Great location! Highly recommend!"
"Hotel Caza was a godsend after our original "hotel" turned out to be very dangerous. We received excellent service; the room was very nice and the view was beautiful. The wifi was quality as we were both working remote with no problems. I will note the complimentary bikes they lend out are beach cruisers, which is not recommended in a hilly place like San Francisco. I would recommend if you want to bike around to find a quality bike rental (there are plenty nearby)."
"Our party of 15 stayed here for 2 nights. Hard to beat the location if you are a tourist like we were. Found our room to be spacious and clean and the bed (king) was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but the lighting was a little too dim for our liking. Bath linens were changed daily, a must have for us. There was no coffee maker in the room. (A coffee maker in the room would have resulted in 5 stars) Complimentary coffee was available in the morning and at night there was complimentary milk and Oreo cookies. No complimentary breakfast. The concierge was very helpful and tried to get our party a dinner reservation at a restaurant he felt we would like, Fog Harbor, but they would not take a reservation for parties over 6. But he tried real hard. All in all if we go back to San Francisco we will most likely stay here again."
"Great stay! Hotel had all the amenities we needed and then some. Proximity to all the sites was perfect. The staff was wonderful especially Vanessa R. She checked us in the evening we arrived and was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations! She was a gem all 4 nights of our stay! The evening bar tender, I believe his name was AL was also good providing us recommendations of local places to eat and visit! Overall very satisfied!"
