"Beautiful hotel. Stayed the night in sf for a concert & this hotel was perfect. Valet parking made it easy to check in & get ready to go. Room was a double queen with full amenities. Front desk had great dinner recommendations in the area within walking distance. Got back late, enjoyed the shower & robes, and bed/ pillows were comfy. Checked out & grabbed a coffee from the lobby cafe. Loved all the details of this hotel."

"The location is great if you are a young individual or couple seeking a romantic night. Union square is literally right outside the front door. The rooms are modern and chic and they have a floor for games and heating food. They also have a gym with a very cool atmosphere and vibe on the basement floor that is open 23/7. "Perfect for SF downtown stay, loved the vibe and art installations throughout the hotel, +1 for having water filters at each floor. Rooms are cozy and small (like other downtown hotels in big cities) I got a hostelesque feel from this hotel and maybe thats why I liked it. The Cafe downstairs is great and staff was friendly. Only one bad experience was when a homeless guy came inside during breakfast and my family felt bit threatened, but thanks to quick thinking by Cafe girl and the receptionist he was removed from the property. No complaints about the rent other than the additional 80$ charge on my card for 2 night stay. Will need to see whats that for."

"I know most of the hotels in town and this one truly surprise me not only in its location because I walked by it constantly and didn't even know it was there and second when I did go up into the rooms it was phenomenal. The quality of the furniture the the style of the rooms how quiet it was even though you are right downtown right next to the cable cars. It was truly a well spent couple of days. I hope to do it again soon"
