"The hallway doors stay open all day and night. People often smoke near them. Smoke wafts into the room through the cracks in the door frame. It is cold most nights. Thankfully they will provide blankets. There is a receptionist but they are rarely available. The maids clean only upon request. I have found my room door open several times. I came back after a short run to grab food to find a maid standing near by telling me my room door was "left open". Recently two I phone 11 pros were stolen out of my room and when I asked the management to allow me to view surveillance they did not cooperate. Stay home."
"Vibrant and welcoming entry up a flight of elegant wood trim stairs. A stark contrast to the front desk staff. We waited first for her to arrive and then even longer for her to figure out the reservation. And then we arrived to our room, the maid mentioned in Spanish that she while she bleaches that bathroom, smells to make sure the bedding doesn't stink. I don't know if she was kidding. The bathroom was indeed pristine. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The decor was cute. There were holes in the wall and chipped paint, but not enough to detract from the overall appeal of the place. At check out, the same front desk lady was way more pleasant. Over the phone, she was a pain about late check out, but nice, for once when we turned in our key. Also, FYI the window at check in may smell like curry but not in the room."
"Possibly the worst hotel I could ever go to. Absolutely no customer service from any of the family members that own the hotel. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we woke up everyday with neck and back pains. The bathroom light didn’t turn on. In order to take a shower you would have to lean against the wall because the shower head was broken and would not move any other way. The bedsheets looked like they HADNT been washed! This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to!"
"Place was very nice and clean, it came with your basic shampoo, conditioner, etc. Rooms were particularly smaller than usual but also easily overlooked. Parking is nonexistent especially since it's on a very busy with night life street so I'd suggest to park next to El Capitain on mission since they have 24 hour parking there. Overall a nice stay, beds are stiff but comfortable, room came with a microwave and mini fridge."
"STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. All the furniture in the hotel is covered in sweat stains like they were found by the dumpster after a heavy rain. I've never seen such a dirty hotel. When I went to take a shower in the morning, the water came out a nice dark brown color. You can easily hear the club next door through the walls, that are almost as clean as the chairs. There is no elevator. I have a bad back and had to lug my suitcase up two flights just to get to the front desk, and another two to get to the room. Once I got there, the little old woman at the front desk spent a half-hour searching through a stack of at least a hundred printed out reservations. Not only did she not have the password to the computer, but she had the entire week of reservations all in the same stack... and they weren't organized."
