"Christian is a top notch customer service representative. I am extremely impressed by his attention to detail, consideration and patience. I had just purchased my first home last week. First, I went to Slumberland, I walked in and walked around for 20 minutes. No one even acknowledged that I was there. I then went to HOM. Even before I walked in the door, I saw Christian at the back of the store and greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile.
