"I am a traveling truck driver, i stayed in onalaska WI. RARELY am i in the same town often. I got a taxi to anytime fitness, went next door to get a pair of shoes spent $179 on shoes i went back to the gym, walked for 2 minutes to realize they didn't fit right i couldn't tell that by walking 10 feet in the store. They were closed by a couple minutes, i had no idea they closed but they opened the door up i understand they were closed but i also own a couple businesses so i know exactly what its like. Have i had customers come back 10-15-20 minutes late after closing? Absolutely, if i am there i will help. Why? Because i don't like the idea somebody isn't happy with my services. Can it be annoying? Definitely but ultimately trying to please the customer takes priority. They i mean he ( only one guy) out of a couple that were working absolutely refused to do anything all I wanted was to switch sizes. so tomorrow i will wait till they open back up and return the shoes for a full refund (i was suppose to leave with a load tonight). Not only am I returning the shoes i will also pay a late fee for the load i will take back i will be late on returning because of these shoes. The 2 night guys at the counter 1 was very rude and absolutely didn't care about my situation.. Won't ever come back that's not how businesses should run. Incase i need to clarify which i probably do, i do not care as much because the buisness was closed but i do care when somebody doesn't show respect to a customer that spends their hard earned money. His entire demeanor of how he spoke to me and treated me is why i won't be back, not because they were closed by a couple minutes."

"The staff did not acknowledge as they walked down the aisle. I had to find someone to ask for help. When I did find someone they did not offer assistance. The store was not busy I went in the evening. I went to a mall store instead and I was greeted, they were extremely helpful and I left with a purchase. Customer service to me means a lot being a prior retail manager."

"Friendly staff but quality of the shoes I bought were below expectations. I would advise staying away from Nunn Bush shoes, not real leather which would be fine but within the first few weeks a shoelace snapped tiring them together, again manageable but when tiring the other side the "leather" was ripped straight through by a shoelace. I don't tie my shoes extra tight or anything I can just tell it's a cheap made shoe at a not that cheap price. Also the brown finish on the side of the heel wore pretty quickly too. For high quality dress shoes I recommend Trade Home shoes, very friendly and knowledgeable staff that found me a shoe that is more comfortable and just better quality top to bottom for not much more than the first pair I bought."
