"If I could give them zero stars I would. All prices were incorrectly marked. Things on sale were on normal racks unmarked while things not on sale were put on the rack with a “$15 today only” sale sign. Nothing was done to correct this after I was told the items I grabbed from the sale rack were not on sale. Not even just one item that was misplaced but dozens. Never going again"

"It is an Old Navy, just how you would expect it to be. Everything was arranged neatly the store is very tidy"

"I was shocked at how much their prices went up. I know prices have gone up everywhere but old navy use to be a cheaper place to buy clothes and I would not say that it is anymore. Employees were great! And actually clothes were good too. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is bc of it's prices. Black leggings are $45 a pair. Like whaaaat it's old navy. I thought maybe $20 a pair. I went on Saturday after Black Friday so everything was 50% off but still I couldn't believe it. Nearly $50 for a pair of leggings at Old Navy! T-shirts were $20 plus and they use to be around $10. If you are going here bc you think it will be soft clothes at a cheap price then you've gone to the wrong place! Still have very soft clothes but no longer cheap! Sorry old navy I don't like leaving 3 stars but I was shocked by your price jumps!"

"Front clerk is lackadaisical. She rattled off the monotone scrip of wanting your email and signing you up for their credit card. No eye contact, no smile, don’t try to joke with her you will be met with a stone face and silence. The place is depressing and I remembered why I never go there."

"I'll be honest, I never worked here just had a really bad experience from the interview. I showed up for a morning interview with Alicia one of many managers that work at Old Navy. I went to the cashier, and told her that I was there for an interview. She got on the walkie and told Alicia that I was there for my interview. It took her over five minutes to come out to get me, which is no big deal. She lead me through to the back office area, where we sat and talked. I told her about my background in retail. I told her what my availability was as of right now, but that I was looking for part-time because I plan on enrolling in some classes come Fall. She told me that they have very limited hours, which I get..the busy season usually doesn't start until August. I thought the conversation was going great. Then she ended the interview by telling me that she will give me a call by the end of the week, because she had five other interviews to do. Which, I understand I've been in her shoes before. Then as I was running errands, I saw that she sent me one of those emails saying that they weren't interested, literally a half hour after the interview was over. This girl was apparently a "manager", but she was wearing a tie-dye sweatshirt, holes in her jeans, and clogs. she didn't even look like she showered for the day. The older woman working the register looked more professional than her."
