"I went into the store today looking for my favorite fragrance. One of the numerous employees in the store pointed me in the direction of the fragrance, but when I got to the back of the store the case was locked, so I had to walk back up to the front of the store and ask her to come back and unlock the case. When I asked about makeup brushes her response was "they are all over the store." At least three employees were standing around talking and not helping the customers at all. They had one cashier who got tied up with several customers in line, and meanwhile, at the back of the store, they had 5 or more employees chatting and doing nothing to help the customers. I complained loudly and my voice carries, so finally they sent another cashier to the front to help. Ulta, you need to tell your employees that people need help when they come into the store. They don't need someone waving their hand saying "they're all over the store" or "the fragrance is in the back" and then walk away. I would have better assistance on-line than in your store."

"I had such a great experience this morning. The product I was looking for wasn't on the shelf, but one of the associates went in back to look for it and found it! The cashier was amazingly friendly. I left the store so happy and worth the items I came for. Everyone is so nice at this store! Thank you and please keep up the great customer service!!"
