"I've been to several Sierra locations in different parts of the U.S., including two of the original stores in Cheyenne and Cody, Wyoming. While I don't like the direction that TJ Maxx has taken the company since acquiring it (offering fewer higher-end outdoor products and brands), this location is better than some others I've visited. While you may need to go through several racks to find the diamond-in-the-rough deals on clothing, there are good deals on backpacks and exercise gear, too. There are even some household goods. It's worth a visit."

"Walk the store twice in the middle of the day on separate occasions. Intentionally arriving during low traffic hours. Only to still be ignored the whole time in the store by staff who watch me aimlessly walk around the store searching for items. New store in town with poor customer service. Prices are ok because it is a discounted store. The store has an ok selection but it is not a welcoming place. Grab and go store don't expect service. Hours visted between 11:30 - 2:00 pm. I will continue to visit the store for items and to see if it's different at different times of the day."

"pricing! I had found an item in the store that I liked, but wanted a different color. So, i went online to order the desired color. But, online, the price was $10 higher than in-store. Even the exact same product (i.e. the color didn't want) was $10 higher online. I called customer service to inquire and thought that they would price adjust/match for this discrepancy. WRONG. They will not price match.... to their own store/company! How silly is that? Seems counterproductive that they will sell online for a higher price! Guess I'll find another vendor to purchase from."
