"Went in to look at options for my wedding and had an appointment pre-scheduled. Honestly, a rather off putting experience. Salesman seemed very uninterested in helping or making any attempt to get my business; referred me to their website after a five minute consult. I may try another location to see if I can get better service, but wouldnt recommend going to this store based on today’s visit."

"I regret my purchase at the Men's Wearhouse in Onalaska. I needed one for a funeral, so I went in there determined to buy something. The guy who helped me was friendly enough, but what he gave me to try on was probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever worn. When I told him this, he replied, "Suits are supposed to be uncomfortable." After giving me something else which was only slightly less uncomfortable, he informed me there was no matching jacket. I basically spent $500 for a frankensuit which is still uncomfortable and a dress shirt that doesn't fit. I'll never wear it again if I can help it. The selection wasn't great they rob you no matter how much money you're willing to spend."

"I was worried they’d treat me weird being a woman buying men’s clothes for myself, but instead it was the *best* clothes shopping experience of my life. The gentleman who helped me (didn’t catch his name) was extremely accommodating, polite, and knowledgeable. He figured out the right size for my dress shirt on the first try in a manner of minutes (it had to be special ordered since I have short arms and the shirt that came fit perfectly). He also figured out my pants size on the first try (with exception on the length because I think I have a 25” inseam and the shortest they carry both in store and online is 29”). The hem job on the pants was perfect and I thought was reasonably priced. He picked out several ties that he thought I would like and he picked some really nice ones. I wish I would have come here first instead of JC Penney. Definitely recommend and I plan on returning."

"Horrible experience. I rented 6 tuxes from them. 1 of my tux rentals didnt get his vest or cuff links. His shirt was 3x too small, the pants were extremely short. Another tux the jacket arms were so short they barley came to the wrists, another tux the shoes were the wrong size. They dont allow you try anything on until 2 days before your event so they couldnt fix anything in time. When i asked for a refund for missing pieces and wrong sizes they refused. We ended up having to go without because there was no other options in time. Extremely horrible place please go elsewhere for your tux needs. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!"

"Great experience! My fiancé needed a custom size suit in about a month for our elopement. The employee who took the measurements (wish we remembered his name to give a good review) was very detailed and careful so that it turned out perfect. Now the suit is ready and completely finished with alterations earlier than expected. I’d recommend this place to anyone in the area."
