"Horrible service. I had a doordash pickup here and no one helped me despite all of them looking and asking each other what I was there for. Also saw a worker pickup something up off the floor WITH THEIR GLOVES ON and then went back to making a sandwich without changing the gloves that just touched the nasty floor. do better Potbelly seriously. Big ick for real that’s disgusting, and very unsanitary. Makes you think how many times this has happened before."
