Wingstop

"Placed an order at the store, which was quite busy. Didn’t expect food to be ready very quickly. After waiting for about 20-30 minutes, I was shocked when the apparent manage came to the counter and loudly began to scold customers ordering in person for not using the app… he then stated that anyone who uses the app will “get there food so much faster, 5-10 minutes, but if you order here 45 minutes to an hr”…. In the service industry, tickets are fulfilled in the order they are received not ignored for other customers placing orders after them. I then waited 20 more minutes and finally got the food. Restaurant was dirty. And would it kill the employees to actually announce people’s names in an audible manner when there orders are up instead of shoving bags in peoples faces for them to read names on tickets to see if it’s their order. Also witnessed the apparent manage hold a ticket in his teeth, then take it out and hold it with his hands, then put it back in his teeth, then work with food. Overall just a weird and unpleasant experience."

"I love coming here, the wings are always tasty and cooked properly unlike Buffalo Wild Wings where they're cold, hard, dry and overcooked every single time. The sauces are also really good as well as the chicken sandwiches, but my go-to is always the bone in wings. A great Indian family owns this restaurant and they work really hard."

"Finshed a late shift at work and ordered wings for take out an hour and 15 minutes before the store closed. Picked up the food and when I got home none of the wings were sauced. I was given a side of one sauce. The wings I ordered that were supposed to have a dry rub seasoning on them instead I was given these (see picture). Not sure what it is, I can only guess its a butter/margarine substitute with the seasoning put in it. Tasted like fake butter with a small amount of seasoning flavor. I can only assume that the store didn't want to dirty a bowl to toss my wings. Pretty bad for the amount Wing Stop charges for wings. Watch out this store cuts corners. This will be the last time I order."

"My overall experience with this Wingstop was less than stellar. I ordered carryout around 7:45pm, and it listed a 16-21 minute wait for an order of boneless wings, fries, and two brownies. I didn't realize I would end up waiting almost TRIPLE that time for my food. Plus, at least 4 orders that had come in after I had arrived got there food before I did, which was frustrating to say the least. I understand that staffing issues are a real issue since I work in the retail sector, but the staff were not the most friendly and didn't handle the situation the greatest. On the plus side, the fries were delicious, and the wings with the Hawaiian and Hickory Smoked BBQ were pretty tasty."

"i loved the bone in wings. The fries are so good, but the homemade ranch was the bomb. Great prices for the amount you get. Will definitely eat here again"
