"Took ten minutes to get to the outdoor speaker to say I had a mobile order with one… yes just ONE car in front of me. Male adult employee couldn’t figure out which bag was mine ( 2 total mobile orders ). Lol. WOW. Got some killer cold roast beef’s with ice cubed curly fries with no sauce. Never asked if I needed sauce for the roast beef’s. I just assumed it was in the sealed cold bag. Adult employee with no idea how to run a drive thru…. Total waste of money…. Tossed my order in the trash."

"Stood at the counter, no one else was in the place. No one came out to greet me and take my order. Person was working by the fryers, never acknowledged me. I did not have time to wait and flag someone down. DO BETTER!"

"NOT CURLY FRIES-- More like tiny bits of broken dried pieces from the bottom of the fryer! If you don't have decent fries, don't sell them!!!! Plus NO NAPKINS in the bag!!! Very dissatisfied."

"I ordered the prime rib small combo with a cheese cup and a natural lemonade. When I got to the window, the guy didn't really seem friendly jus told me my total n seemed bothered, I would have expected that kind of attitude from a busy line but it was just me in DT. Then I give him the cash but I don't get a thank you or smile or anything. So I brushed it off because we all have days n maybe this was his. He did ask me if I wanted a receipt but I declined (I'm thinking I should have took it now), but then I get back to work to eat my food and my cheese sauce looked old and like its been sitting forever, my natural lemonade had a funny taste to it (also tasted old), and my sandwich tasted nuked (chewy bread, no flavor, sketchy looking meat). I was definitely disappointed n will not make that attempt to try this location again. For 12$, I would have at least expected (at minimum) food that didnt taste, look, and feel. My stomach was turned off n barely ate any of it let alone drink their pricier lemonade. What a waste.. at least I could eat my fries."
