"They're able to make custom dado cuts that I need for my fence design. Lumber prices increased dramatically in the last couple years and I find valley redwood to be competitive, although they don't let you hand-select boards like some of the large retailers."

Purchasing was a mess; my crew was informed they had to take what their business staff pulled for the job rather than allowing the crew to ensure straight usable boards were packed. The prices also seemed inflated. And no returns allowed. Damaged and warped pieces were pushed. Terrible."
