"Horrible Customer Service. Came into the store to buy a new dishwasher, and stood around waiting for a while. Finally walked over to another section and asked a couple of guys who were standing there talking to themselves and asked them to get someone to help with appliances. They called over the loud speaker for help, and then we continued to wait...and wait... and wait. We have since left and are going to Lowe's."
"The worst experience at self checkout in my entire life! The individual working was not helpful and mumbled negative comments- also philip the Plumbing expert was not an expert. He stated this is all we have. You must see it. Why did we wait 20 minutes for him to come? And help us when he could just push a cart around to do gobacks instead of helping us- Because no one helped me. I ended up having to grab the item myself. Which ended up cutting my finger Items, I cut my finger and they did not even have the audacity to say hey, if I needed some band aid, but yet walked away with comments I will never be shopping here again"
"There is something in the parking lot that attracts the homeless and derelict members of the community. In spite of that and quite a few things locked up, this is a nice, well stocked store with helpful employees that do a great job assisting you when needed. Shout out to Daniel who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as took the time to ensure my experience was a positive one."
"The only reason this store exists is because there's no local competition. They've never delivered the correct product. When you need help, employees say they'll call, and nobody shows up. When I went to check out the item, the price showed 3 times the shelf price."
"My frequent visits to Home Depot have always been productive, thanks to their extensive inventory and knowledgeable staff. I've found everything I needed and the employees' expertise has been invaluable. However, during busy periods, there were instances where some items were out of stock or long lines at the checkout, which could be slightly frustrating. Overall, it's my go-to place for all household items."
