"Not all the Home Depot is the same. This one at Folsom Blvd and Power Inn Road has more rental equipment and trucks than the other Home Depots in the area. The store layout is similar to most of the Home Depots. I can find the items I am looking for easily. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. A lady there asked if I needed help finding something before she clocked into work. There are very nice people working at this location."
"This home depot is great. Staff are always friendly. All of their check stands are the self service kind, but there are always staff nearby to assist. They only sell Coke products and snacks, no Pepsi! Returns are very easy. Huge gardening section, lots of selection. The parking lot is usually packed."
"The best customer service. I got my Xmas tree from there and everyone that helped me addressed me by name and smiled and was so polite and friendly and so helpful! When I come across great customer service I want to leave a review because it’s so uncommon these days and I’m really impressed with the Home Depot on Folsom and Howe!"
