"Home Depot is a mix bag. It has a lot and the prices are fair but it has poor service and less than desirable return policies. They also don't stand by their appliances telling you it's a different department and send you on an endless loop of waiting until you give up. I spend roughly 60k annually and they couldn't care less about my business."

"Home Depot has just about everything I've ever needed for a home repair or project. For the most part, the customer service is excellent unless it's busy or late, so it's hard to find a rep in any department. But when you do get a rep, they always give the best customer service, either act like your personal shopper or try to get you better deals. The last time I was in, the cashier I'd made friends with quizzed me about my family's VA status, closed her register, and spent the next 20 minutes personally helping me set up a VA benefits account, with a lifetime discount on most products sold by Home Depot. That was great since in that 1 week alone, I had already spent about $300, and I'm not in construction, but I am the family's handyman and dabble in woodworking. Those shop classes paid off in high school."

"My understanding is the self serve checkouts are obsolete at this store as a result of stealing. Then I heard it was due to automation. As such there is no structure to forming a line when going to the cashier. As you can see from the pics below it is difficult to form a line when you have merchandise on the middle of the aisle. I strongly suggest if this Home Depot is getting away with self checkouts then they should have an organized structure in forming lines. When you have 3 checkouts open people do not get in one line but start forming another line. What used to be be a 2-3 minute checkout now has turned to 5-7 minute checkout"

"A lot of people think that only homeowners or construction related industry people goes to Home Depot. Home Depot is for everyone. Yesterday I bought a outside door rug 24”x36” from home depot for $13 which I really love it. If I am looking for any kind of light and fixtures, bathroom fittings, furnace filters or cabinet knobs, Home Depot is a place to go. They have great patio and bbq grill variety to choose from. A huge selection of home appliances is available and check there website for daily and weekly specials. Don’t miss out to visit home depot during holiday season for outdoor lighting selection and Black Friday specials. You might be surprise that the best price you will have at Home Depot that you are searching to buy. So if you are never been to Home Depot then stop by and explore. You gonna love it."

"This location is not bad. The hard part is that because I work close by, I come during the day with the contractors. They know the store, so I assume that is why it is hard to find a team member to help. You have to hunt them down like a safari. When you find the elusive associate they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It would be nice to know where the watering hole is so you can pick one off when you need help. The store floors are clean, and the signs visible and accurate. During my visit, it seemed like the front was in the middle of being stocked because it felt cluttered, but if not, I would advise these items to be positioned for more walking space. There is nothing tremendous or awful about this store. So if you need something for your home, stop in, and you should find what you're looking for and be in your way."
