"Edit Dec 5, 2023: After posting this review, I was contacted by Cabinets-To-Go and someone called me. They were able to give me the refund that I felt I was entitled to. I raised the review to 3 stars because they did, in the end, take care of me. My overall experience with the less than satisfactory customer service merits the 3 star review. To start, I really like the cabinets. After that, I really had a horrible experience with this company. I spent a lot of money on cabinets, (about $14k), and we also decided to purchase quartz countertops from them for an additional $5500. We paid all of this up front. They gave us a $300 discount on a sink because we purchased counters with them. Well, after we had the cabinets installed, they sent out a countertop guy to measure. I wasn't there when he showed up, and he measured incorrectly (I have his drawing with a totally wrong measurement), and he said the quote would have to go up to $8600! The manager called me, very apologetic about the huge increase in the cost, and offered to refund our countertop money. We accepted and decided to get counters someplace else. Then we get a call that they would be subtracting the $300 sink discount from our refund because we didn't buy counters from them. I said I would return the sink, but they said I couldn't because it was already installed -- something they made us do before the countertop measurement guy came out. Plus they were going to subtract the $200 measurement fee from my refund -- EVEN THOUGH it was their measurement guy that made a huge mistake!! I tried called corporate and got nowhere. I started out telling all of my friends about our awesome cabinets from Cabinets-to-Go, and now I'm telling everyone about our HORRIBLE customer service experience with them. Such a shame that they would sacrifice a happy customer for $500 of a $19k order."

"I am so dissapointed. The quality of these cabinets are deceiving. After 3 months my bottom drawer came off the slider. Thank God I had watched the gentleman install the drawer on the slider. I had my grandson fix it. I have 2 drawers that no longer close automatically. A white film material is falling out of the bottom of the filler space piece. The cabinets to go salesman automatically provided a phone number of an installer without informing me he does NOT work for cabinets to go. He overcharged me which I realized when I called around afterwards to see how much it would cost to have my cabinets finished. He didn't finish installing the edge pieces and one of them has already came loose and just sticks out. Ugh. Plus one of the cabinets came with the holes drilled in the wrong symmetrical location so I cannot install a shelf. I am not paying for someone to remove that piece. It should've been correct in the first place. I too had a wrong measurement of a cabinet. The gentleman wanted me to pay $200 extra to come back out to install the re-ordered cabinet. My cabinets look unfinished. A little tiny chip has already occurred on my end piece as well. I do not recommend these cabinets. I purposely waited to write a review on this huge purchase so that I could honestly rate my new cabinets. After one year of being installed I wish I would've shopped around and researched more."

"The price match is NO guarantee.We got the same exact quote with the same cabinet style (Their "Apples to Apples" comparison that they like to bring up) at over $3,000 less than quoted from cabinets to go. They will not honor it. They walked away from our sale as if we never mattered."
