The Home Depot

"I don't like home depot in general but this location has left me amazed. Customer service is 10/10 they are helpful and insightful without giving any trouble to the customers. I used to only shop at lowes and will open my mind to shopping here regularly. The store is clean and the staff is helpful. Returns are easy and quick. In the past home depot has left me irritated and any returns have taken an abundance of time. I actually look forward to shopping at this location and will be a return customer. Thank you Home Depot for finally stepping it up! P.S. I may consider stopping at another home depot and giving them another chance, we'll see."

"I Was looking lost trying to find a hose clamp this evening. Then this young Lady employee walked right up to me and asked if I needed help, I replied I'm looking for a hose clamp. She then asked -> for automotive or plumbing? I said for plumbing. She then walked me over to the correct aisle and showed me the different sizes and she made sure that I was happy before leaving me and saying have a wonderful evening. She was young,very sweet and beautiful. I never did get her name. If I knew her name I would have added it to this post for sure. She made my visit to this home Depot a very easy and pleasant one. To whoever you are young Lady -> I thank you!"

"Not all the Home Depot stores are the same. This one in the Arden Arcade area is different. Mainly because of the store layout. It makes everything harder to find! Most of the Home Depot stores in Sacramento follow the same pattern as where all the departments are located inside the store. It is so easy even if I have to purchase what I need at a Home Depot I have never shop there before. But this one on Howe Ave does not follow the same patterns on the store layouts. I have to use the Home Depot app to find the items I’m looking for or try to ask the workers for directions. It is very inconvenient and more time consuming. Same as most of the Home Depot stores. I have not seen too many workers on the sales floor if I have a question or problem that I want answers or help! The checkout counter employees are always nice even the attendant working at the self checkout counter."

"I recently had an experience at Home Depot, and I would rate it as a 3-star visit. While they had a wide selection of products for my home renovation project, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took a while to find an associate for assistance, and when I did, they seemed a bit overwhelmed. On the positive side, the store was well-organized, and the prices were competitive. It's a decent place for your home improvement needs, but there's room for improvement in the service department."
