"Wanted to rent a smaller SUV for a trip to Florida so I proceeded with the Nissan Rogue side vehicle. After discussing with my wife, we decided that we would need a larger vehicle, so I went online and changed my reservation to a Tahoe sized SUV. The day I was supposed to pickup my vehicle, I got a call from the Enterprise location I was renting from starting they didn't have any Tahoe sized vehicles but that they would upgrade me to an Expedition sized SUV at no additional charge. I picked up the Expedition at the appointment time without issues. I returned the vehicle after hours without any issues at all and got a call the next day letting me know that everything was great on the check in. I have never had an issue with Enterprise, either for my personal use or whenever I've had to use them for work and will continue to use Enterprise due to their amazing customer service."
