"We met Don a year ago, when we came down to Tennessee from NY state to start looking at areas to move to. We went to an open house, where he spent a lot of time getting to know us personally and what we were looking for in our new home. He knew that this was going to be a process for us as we needed to do some remodeling to our old home to sell it, so we could by a new home in Tennessee. Don stayed in constant contact with us over the 9 months it took us to do the work, and was never pushy. We were so excited to tell him we sold our house and closed on it in the beginning of December. When we were ready to look at homes we sent Don a list of homes we wanted to see. He set up viewings of them all for us, and talked through each house with us so we could get our list down to our one perfect house. He then worked very hard to get us the deal we were comfortable with which wasn't easy as the house was in an estate. He went to inspection for us, did research for us on different issue with the home to help get things fixed. He went way above and beyond when working with us, it was great to know we had someone in the state that was looking out for us. He communicated everything through the process, so we new exactly what was happening and there weren't any surprises. We are so happy to have picked him for this journey.
