"Raised my rent $300 after the first year, never had that happen… Two issues arose during my last year and neither were ever fixed. I was also threatened with an HOA fine while in the hospital for a week for not mowing my lawn. Read the contract thoroughly as well because they have added many extras that strictly benefit them. Just a pathetic out of state agency with zero thought for anything but their bottom line. Do anything you can do to avoid this company and their awful managers who you can’t get ahold of."
