Fallyn Apartments

"I CANNOT seem to get a manager to answer ANY of my messages. I will post all of the emails showing I have TRIED to communicate - but they don’t want to talk to anyone once you say a negative word. We moved out!! However - they are refusing to give me a receipt for all keys and faabs turned in. Kelly - says he can’t write so he therefore cannot give me a receipt ! Pfft! Why do they have Kelly as a manager if he can’t read and write?! That is CRaZY! They would not allow me To use to cart to move out. My husband and I are both handicapped. They made us carry the cast iron and canned goods and odds and ends piece by piece to my car. The Maitenence guy - Brent or Randy I believe is his name - he use to be great - but once Cory - the head manager told everyone to be mean and uncooperative towards us - even HE became an a$$hoooolle too! It was totally unbelievable. We had the place professionally cleaned - I really shouldn’t have bothered because they are just being so mean and cruel. The most unkind people I have ever met in my life - and I met a lot of people with my husband in the US MiLITARY for 33 years. This is the way the Fallyn treat VETS We moved in for my husband - who is diagnosed with multiple myeloma - (terminal cancer ) to get treatment at Sara Cannon. This place made his cancer worse. They never disclosed the BLaCk MOLD issue! If you’d like to know what it’s really like living here - google Fallyn, mold, channel 5. PM me - I’ll share all emails showing the availability of the staff as well- or lack there of ! Move in was great - they told us whatever we needed and whatever we needed to hear -they lied. Breanna especially is a liar. I agree Lacy should be just selling used cars. Perfect job for her and Breanna! Our move out - sucks ! They say no weekends because management is not here. Then I change everything to a non weekend - they say we have 2 hours to leave. Which is it!? Lots of lies. Do yourself a favor - talk with tenants who have lived here for a year. They will tell you. Keep asking questions to the tenants. Not the management. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign. Feel free to call me. Text me. pM me - I’ll give you the whole scoop. "The staff, building, amenities, and location are amazing! The building was built great I can never hear any of my neighbors and very comfortable place to live! I definitely recommend Fallyn."

"Most of these reviews are about the tours rather than the actual living experience which should be your first red flag. This "luxury" building has mold. Look elsewhere."

"My experience moving in to FALLYN apartments was nothing short of amazing. From the initial walk through to paperwork, the move in process and finally the resident experience truly deserves 5 stars!! I am so happy we chose this apartment complex as I couldn’t be happier living in such an awesome community! A huge shout out to Faith, our leasing professional who was 100% on top of everything including being available any time we needed her through the whole move in process and still continues to do so. The entire front desk staff are wonderful, they are so warm and inviting, you truly receive the 5 star concierge experience. And last but not least, the views are unreal and definitely best of Nashville by far!"

"I have lived at the Fallyn since October 2022 and everything has been great aside from 1 major downfall. The hotel that we share a pool with has DJ pool parties multiple days every weekend that are extremely loud. My fiancé is a night shift nurse who needs to sleep during the day and cannot get any good sleep because of these parties. As I am typing this review it is a Sunday and the DJ is blasting music while there are only 2 people out at the pool area. There seems to be no effort to get the hotel to stop doing this. This issue has caused my fiancé and I to move out of the Fallyn next month."
