"What a great little spot to stay when in Nashville. Thoughtfully appointed throughout. We'd definitely stay again. I'll bet it's really great in the warmer months."

"Unit K -- The concept is cool, the design of the house felt modern and crisp. Sky lights throughout was nice for light and the high ceilings helped the space feel bigger. Liked that it was walking distance to Cafe Roze which was fabulous. The negatives would be that the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, they felt inflatable due to the plastic lining. Several corners were skipped when completing the tiny house: there was paint on light fixtures, exposed electrical wires, the shower didn't have a door so the bathroom was soaked each and every time someone showered. There were about 8-10 light switches which some worked and some didn't, they really should label them so you are turning each and every light on and off to figure out which is which. Closing the bathroom door completely meant you needed to endure a SUPER loud, earth shattering crack each and everytime meaning that trips to the bathroom were impossible without waking your guest up and less privacy. All in all, calling this a hotel is misleading, just call it an Airbnb which definitely wasn't worth the price. Location wasn't central to much at all so given that fact they definitely should have a TV in the unit for guests. Would I stay here again? Nope."

"Cute spot! Great idea, but the stairs plus being tiny homes created some challenging issues as we were just staying one night passing through. Location is definitely not central to anything - despite being in the midst of urban neighborhood it is rural. Stayed a Friday night and there was only one other guest on premises, price was a bit high in comparison to could have stayed in E. Nashville and been within walking distance to everything needed - food, beverage, entertainment, etc. Email stated that we would receive key code by Noon. Texted concern and did not receive codes until after 2 pm and unit was being cleaned as we arrived at 4 pm for check in. Cabins are marked, but not super clear, a map of premises would have been helpful. Communication is a minimum. Definitely take note that there is an active train track just feet away and horn goes off at all hours of the night. We were glad to have taken the opportunity to stay and check this out, but would not stay here again."

"ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!! This spot is in the cutest part of town and within walking distance to lovely coffee shops, stores, and it’s only a short drive to the city. This space feels like a mini community and I loved to look at the architecture of all these tiny homes in the hotel. The hotel room despite being around 250 square feet felt EXTREMELY spacious. The bedroom was cozy and the beds were so so comfy!!"

"I just spent 2 weeks at Ironwood Grove on a family visit, and loved it. Think of these units as a cross between an extended stay hotel and a little cottage. Part of the charm is each tiny house having a different layout and mix of amenities. I love to cook and found unit M to have a full kitchen. When I needed measuring cups, Erin, the manager, delivered them. Erin is a super host. The bed was comfy, but a tight fit in the small bedrooms. Don't expect a TV but the wireless is very fast. The location is occasionally loud when trains go by but it never bothered me. It's a 10-15 minute walk to a couple of excellent restaurants and Shelby Bottoms park is a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend as long as you don't expect a traditional hotel. Or a guaranteed fireside community lol"
